Tuesday 10th and Tuesday 24th November 2020 – 10am to 11am
Nobody relishes change but operating during the COVID pandemic has meant we’ve all had to adapt. In this 2-part online workshop, discover how to thrive as a leader during adversity, how to motivate whilst constantly modifying operations and how to keep the team engaged with your business vision.
At the end of session 1 (there are two weeks between session 1 and session 2), you will have an action plan to go away and implement, with session 2 a feedback and adjustment session.
Each part will last 1 hour each, is limited to 20 people and be done on Zoom. It will be recorded and supplied to all those who take part as a useful aide memoir.
