NFAN is holding a networking exhibition alongside an Open Day at White Post Farm on 22nd September and it’s set to be a huge event.

With over 100 farm delegates expected from all across the UK, now is the time to connect with farm operators, showcase your products/services and meet potential new customers.

Taking place in a huge marquee in the grounds of White Post Farm, make sure you book your stand space early as we only have a limited amount of space. 

To accommodate as many stands as possible, the stands are smaller than the annual trade show. You can of course attend the Open Day as a delegate instead if you wish.

How to book your stand space and extras

When you sign up, you will need to select the stand space number you would like, if you cannot see the stand number when you book, this means another exhibitor has booked that stand or they have it in their basket ready to checkout.

The stand spaces include one exhibitor. Additional exhibitors and power can be added when booking.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

• All trade stand spaces are sold on a first come, first served basis. 
• The exhibition and Open Day will take place in a marquee. 
• You are booking a 1m x 1m space, there will not be a shell scheme and it is up to you to fill your area. 
• Once you have selected your stand, you have 60 minutes to checkout and pay online, otherwise your stand will be released for others to purchase. 
• We can only accept online Credit or Debit card bookings.
• Set up time in the morning of 22nd September is only available from 7am – 8:30am. Your stand will need to be set up by 8:30am. Please only bring equipment that can be wheeled or carried to the marquee as you cannot drive right up to it. There will not be a forklift available.

Evening Meal – 21st September

Extend your Networking and come for an evening meal the night before the Open Day. Held at Mour Hotel the 3-course dinner will be at 7:00pm for 7:30pm. For more information and to book click here.

Accommodation – 21st September

If booking accommodation, you still need to book Open Day and Evening Meal tickets separately.

Accommodation is available at the Mour Hotel, where our Networking Meal is taking place.

Single rooms cost £109 and double rooms cost £129 and can be booked directly by calling 01623 727670 quoting “Farm Attractions Accommodation”. Bookings need to be made 4 weeks prior to the event and can be cancelled free of charge up to 12pm 20th September. 

Non-Members
