For the first time ever, NFAN is offering workshops to improve the knowledge of its members in the essential areas of social media and catering.
The summer programme kicks off with a Social Media workshop in May which focuses on social media in the farm park industry, followed by a course this autumn on boosting catering results.
The social media event will explore how farm parks can improve their social media strategies, find out how to get more likes, friends, followers and retweets, as well as create an action plan on how they can improve results. Led by industry marketing experts Agility Marketing, the full day workshop will take place at Rand Farm Park near Lincoln on 20th May.
Chairman of NFAN, Matthew Heast, said:
“Social media and catering are two areas our members have told us they would like to build upon at their attractions and we are delighted to offer these informative and important workshops.”
The Catering Result Booster Workshop will run later in the year and focus on the importance of good catering and how attractions can give customers excellent service while improving food and drinks margin. This workshop date is yet to be confirmed and will be led by Steven Holland from Just Inspire Catering.
