Cotswold Farm Park Open Day

Cotswold Farm Park Open Day – 1 October 2020 from 10am to 4pm

EVENT POSTPONED – We are really sorry but due to Covid restrictions we are having to postpone this event.

We’d like to extend our thanks to Kate Lord and Duncan Andrews (from Cotswold) for what would have been an excellent day.

If anyone wishes to try Cotswold’s glamping, Kate and Duncan have generously given all NFAN members a 20% discount. Please email info@farmattractions.net to obtain your promotional code to use on the Cotswold Farm Park website.

About this Event

Reaching their 50th birthday this year, there is no better place to hold NFAN’s first open day since lockdown. They are based in Gloucestershire, GL54 5UG.

The programme includes a welcome from Kate Lord and Duncan Andrews, a tour of Cotswold Farm Park, lunch and two informative talks. At this stage, Adam Henson unfortunately has a filming commitment away from the farm.

The night before – 30 September: For those wishing to extend networking, Cotswold have reserved their glamping accommodation for NFAN members on 30 September and are organising a socially distanced dinner.

If booking accommodation, you still need to book Open Day tickets on this webpage.

The Cotswold Open Day Programme

Like everything in the ‘new normal’, social distancing will mean some aspects of the Cotswold Farm Park Open Day will change.

Most of the event will take place outside or in tents with open sides, for the tour you will be split into strict group sizes of 30 and the refreshment/lunch breaks will have social distancing guidelines. These details will be confirmed to attendees the week prior to the event.

We can promise you however a thought provoking day. You will tour Cotswold Farm Park and their Campsite, whilst having time to network with fellow operators.

Kate Lord and Duncan Andrews will also share Cotswold’s future plans and their team will provide details of their daily operation and of course the impact of COVID-19. As part of their talk, you will also gain insight on ‘How to Add Accommodation onto your Attraction’.

Numbers are restricted to 90 places for the Cotswold Farm Park Open Day. As a result you can only book 2 delegates from any member organisation. We are sorry to impose these limits but hope you understand.

Open Day Prices & Booking

Please note this event is postponed. No bookings are being taken at this time.

The delegate price is £45+VAT for one delegate and £40+VAT if you are bringing two people from the same member organisation. For the Open Day, please use the booking form below.

Stay the night before – 30 September

Please note accommodation booking is no longer possible due to the cancellation of the event, however, Cotswold have generously extended a 20% glamping discount to NFAN members. Please email info@farmattractions.net to obtain the glamping discount code for use on the Cotswold website.

The NFAN event doesn’t start until 1 October, however, Cotswold have reserved all their glamping accommodation for NFAN members and are organising a 2-course Dinner.

The 2-course socially distanced dinner will be at 7:00pm for 7:30pm (please note drinks are not included).

Both glamping and/or the 2-course dinner should be booked directly with Cotswold Farm Park via Eventbrite, using booking code NFAN20.

All of the Eventbrite prices include a 20% NFAN discount on the accommodation. Bedding and towels for all options have been automatically added.

If booking accommodation, you still need to book Open Day tickets on this webpage.

More about glamping accommodation

Eventbrite includes a brief description, however, you can also view the glamping section of the Cotswold Farm Park website – see links below.

Lodges – The Lodges have two separate bedrooms and a shared bathroom, living and kitchen area. https://cotswoldfarmpark.co.uk/properties/lodges/

Glamping Tents – Cotswold Farm Park’s Glamping tents are a single tent with a double bed and a very small bunk bed. Glampers have access to the main shower and toilet block on the campsite. For more information, visit https://cotswoldfarmpark.co.uk/properties/glamping-tents/

Camping Pods – The pods have a double bunk bed, so can sleep 4x adults but as it is a very small space we’d only recommend two per pod. Pod guests have access to the main shower and toilet block on the campsite. https://cotswoldfarmpark.co.uk/properties/camping-pods/

Touring & Pitches – If you wish to bring your own caravan, motorhome or tent, you can book on our usual Cotswold Farm Park website and use the code NFAN20 to receive your NFAN discount. https://cotswoldfarmpark.co.uk/properties/pitches/
