Category B (20,000 to 75,000 visitors a year)

Winner - Hall Hill Farm, Durham
2nd Place - Cantref Adventure Farm, Powys
3rd Place - Church Farm, Norfolk

Category C (under 20,000 visitors a year)

Winner - Rays Farm Country Matters, Shropshire
2nd Place - Highfields Happy Hens, Derbyshire

Entries for the Farm Attraction of the
Year Awards 2011 are now being sought.

Closing date extended by one month to 30 June

The categories for entries are as follows:

Category A: over 75,000 visitors a year
Category B: 20,000 to 75,000 visitors a year
Category C: under 20,000 visitors a year

Judges will be looking at various aspects of a venue, including visitor safety and experience, together with the efficiency and attitude of employees. Facilities are also closely considered, with judges looking at the general layout and range of facilities, including parking and toilets, and the welfare of animals.

The NFAN Farm Attraction of the Year Awards are sponsored by the Farmers Guardian, Davies & Co. and Marsh & Company Insurance Brokers Ltd.
