Winners of the Farm Attraction of the Year Award 2004
Category B: Cogges Manor Farm Musuem
Cogges Manor Farm Musuem takes you back in time, to a working manor farm museum. Giving you the chance to discover what life was like for the Victorians of rural Oxfordshire.
Meet the traditional breeds of farm animals and talk to the dairy hands and dairy maids as they go about their daily work. Take a trip into the Manor House, where the Victorian maids cook on the kitchen range and even taste their fresh baking.
Cogges Manor Farm Musuem offers regular activites, including handmilking, feeding the pigs and buttermaking. And a welcoming cafe in the old milking parlour with a souvenir and gift shop, selling fresh farm eggs and seasonal produce.
